It is essential that one should have a long life. It is still more essential that one should have a healthy life. The health essential depends upon the diet and living style of the person. The diet includes the balanced diet and the style of living includes how he consumes his diet.
A healthy diet includes moderate amount of fat and sugar and sufficient food containing minerals and fiber food. Salt has been recognized as most essential for food and yet it is know to endanger the life for high pressure ailing persons.Whereas gymnastic have been a common for the conscious people, the most effective way of exercise is cycling , running fast walking and swimming. These exercises unlike the gym exercise give slow results but their results are permanent and do not disturb the other system of the body.
There are number of medicines available for bringing the drastic results in weight loss and body building however they should be used as an ancillary to diet and exercise.
