HEALTHY LIFE

It is truly said that a healthy body has a healthy mind. You eat healthy food and there shall hardly be there a need for a doctor. The Mantra is simple , the consistent healthy style of living, the home-cooked food, avoid fast food or junk food , enough sleep and some hobby to relax the mind. I have specifically avoided the use of TV in the means of relaxation.
Although you may need the doctor's help once a while , I am sure you shall not need the help hyper medicines for diabetes or heart ailments.
