HEALTHY LIFE

It is truly said that a healthy body has a healthy mind. You eat healthy food and there shall hardly be there a need for a doctor. The Mantra is simple , the consistent healthy style of living, the home-cooked food, avoid fast food or junk food , enough sleep and some hobby to relax the mind. I have specifically avoided the use of TV in the means of relaxation.
Although you may need the doctor's help once a while , I am sure you shall not need the help hyper medicines for diabetes or heart ailments.

HEALTHY LIFE

It is essential that one should have a long life. It is still more essential that one should have a healthy life. The health essential depends upon the diet and living style of the person. The diet includes the balanced diet and the style of living includes how he consumes his diet.
A healthy diet includes moderate amount of fat and sugar and sufficient food containing minerals and fiber food. Salt has been recognized as most essential for food and yet it is know to endanger the life for high pressure ailing persons.
Whereas gymnastic have been a common for the conscious people, the most effective way of exercise is cycling , running fast walking and swimming. These exercises unlike the gym exercise give slow results but their results are permanent and do not disturb the other system of the body.
There are number of medicines available for bringing the drastic results in weight loss and body building however they should be used as an ancillary to diet and exercise.
